Roofers in Southwest Florida: Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero

Lee County
Most roofers in Southwest Florida cover a wide map and send whoever is free. We keep to three towns along the Caloosahatchee and down the US 41 corridor, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Estero, so the crew lead who comes to look at your roof can be back the next week to build it. The roofs, the building offices and the neighborhood rules are different in each, which is why each town gets its own page.
Fort Myers
Fort Myers has the widest mix: older shingle roofs on the streets near McGregor, block homes off Colonial with low-slope sections out back, and plenty of houses still being put right after the last two big storms. A Fort Myers mailing address can sit inside the city or in unincorporated Lee County, and the two have separate building departments. The Fort Myers page covers storm repairs, older roofs and how the permit side works there.
Cape Coral
Cape Coral is mostly single-story canal homes with long, low rooflines, shingle or concrete tile, and a lanai or pool cage fastened at the roof edge. That joint is where a lot of local leaks begin, and salt air off the canals wears metal parts faster than inland. The Cape Coral page explains both, along with what a wide one-story roof means for price.
Estero
Estero is concrete tile country, much of it inside gated communities where the homeowners’ association approves the tile and its colour before any permit is filed. Getting through the gate, parking the trailer and keeping the street clean all run on the community’s rules. The Estero page walks through the approval package and how we schedule around it.
The same visit in every town
Wherever you are, the first step is a free inspection: roof, attic and ceilings, photos sent the same day, and a written price with every part of the job on its own line. See what we do for the four kinds of work, or book with the form on this page.
