The guy who came out to look at the roof was the same guy running the crew a month later. He remembered the soft spot by the chimney without me bringing it up.

Leak over the kitchen for months. Two other roofers sealed the wrong spot. These folks went up, found a cracked pipe boot six feet uphill and fixed it in an hour.

They put together the HOA paperwork for our tile colour before the permit even went in. Approval came back without a single question.

Tarp was on the morning after the storm, screwed down with boards so it didn't flap all night. Photos of the damage underneath were in my email by lunch.

Good job on our re-roof and a fair price. They found more rotten decking than expected, but the per-sheet price was already on the quote, so the extra was no shock.

Their report listed the slopes that were fine as well as the damaged ones. Our adjuster said it was the clearest roof report he'd seen that week.

Water was getting in where the pool cage bolts to the roof. They rebuilt the flashing properly instead of adding more caulk on top of the old stuff.

I asked straight out if I needed a new roof. They said no, not yet, replaced a row of creased shingles and told me roughly how long I had. Didn't expect that.

They were upfront that they couldn't talk to our insurance company about money. What they did give us was photos, a report and a price that our public adjuster used as is.

Went from shingles to metal. Same four people every day, they covered the plants and the lanai screen, and the driveway was cleaner when they left than when they came.

Insurer sent a letter about our roof's age. They did the inspection, wrote it up, and the policy renewed. Simple, quick and no upsell.

Our tile repair took a second visit because the first replacement tiles were a shade off. They told us before installing them, which I appreciated.

Our street looked fine after the storm but they found lifted shingles on the back slope I'd never have seen. Fixed before the next rain came through.

Quote was one page, every line spelled out. The final bill matched it exactly. After the last roofer we used, that alone earned five stars.

A neighbor's palm came down on our roof in a squall. They were out the same afternoon, photographed everything before they covered it, and patched it properly that week.

Booked on the website on a Sunday night and got a call Monday at eight. The crew lead explained the deck nailing and why the code wants it, in plain English.

Small job, a leak at the lanai tie-in. They treated it like a big one. Photos before, photos after, and it hasn't dripped since.

They met the adjuster on the roof and pointed out every cracked tile they'd photographed, then stepped back when it came to the payout. Exactly how it should go.

Roofing crew replacing shingles on a brick home

Concrete tile re-roof in a gated community, colour approved by the HOA

Led by Sam, Estero

  1. FoundWorn underlayment, many cracked tiles and a tile colour the association no longer offered.
  2. FixedPrepared the association's approval package with an approved tile and colour, filed the permit once the board signed off, then re-roofed to the deck.
  3. ResultApproval came back without questions and the crew worked within the community's hours and parking rules.

The tile on this Estero home had been discontinued, so a patch job would never have matched. Sam put together the association's application with samples of an approved tile in an approved colour, and the permit only went in after the board signed off. The crew checked in at the gate each morning, kept the trailer where the community asked and cleaned the street at the end of each day.

Insurance claims

Storm paperwork, ready for your insurer

The claim is between you and your insurance company. Our part is the record of what the storm did to your roof, and if you'd like us there when the adjuster comes, we'll be on the roof too.

  1. A photo set you can forward

Every slope, every cracked or lifted piece and every flashing joint, each picture dated and emailed to you the day we visit.

  2. A report in plain words

Where the damage is, how it got there and what happens if it waits, written so your insurer can follow it without a phone call.

  3. A price split line by line

Tear-off, decking, underlayment, roof covering, flashing and the permit, each on its own line, so the numbers are easy to check.

Never on our side of the table: reading your policy, negotiating or settling the claim, or waiving, rebating or covering your deductible.
