Financing

Monthly payments on a new roof

Payment plans are available on approved credit. Ask when you get your written price and we'll lay the plan next to the cash price so you can compare.

How it works

How paying monthly works

  1. Start from a written price

Financing is worked out on a real price. The free inspection ends with a price written line by line, so you know what you'd be borrowing for.

  2. Say you'd like to pay monthly

Tell the crew lead when they hand you the price. We explain the options open for your job and how the application works.

  3. The lender makes the call

The lender reviews the application and sets the terms. The decision is theirs, not ours.

  4. Your roof goes on the calendar

With the price signed and the payments settled, we pull the permit and book the start date.

Meet the crew

Who's coming to your house

The person who walks your roof and writes the price is the one who runs the job. You'll know every face on the driveway by name before the first shingle comes off.

Before you sign

Get these in writing from any lender

Whoever lends the money, these answers belong on paper before you sign.

The APR
It folds the fees in with the interest, so it's the fair number to compare one offer with another.
The total you repay
A low monthly figure can hide a long term. Ask for the full amount over the life of the loan.
Paying it off early
Some loans charge for early payoff. Check, in case you sell the house or refinance.
Whether the loan is secured
Some home improvement loans put a lien on the house. Know which kind you're signing.
What happens if the job changes
If rotten decking adds to the price, ask how the extra is paid: a new application, or room in the first one.

Book a roof check with the crew

Tell us what's going on up there. We'll call to pick a time, walk the whole roof, then send the photos and a written price.
